POLICIES

IT IS MY INTENTION TO PROVIDE THE BEST PROFESSIONAL & MASSAGE EXPERIENCE FOR MY CLIENTS. THE FOLLOWING POLICIES SERVE AS A GUIDELINE FOR BOTH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS.

APPOINTMENTS

SCHEDULING: You are able to browse open availability online under "BOOK ONLINE" tab, or you can call me directly at (360) 809-3325. For first time appointments, please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time to fill out a health history form and answer any necessary questions.

RUNNING LATE

I take my time with clients seriously, this is why I strive to begin and end treatment times on schedule. If a client is late, I will perform as much of their treatment as possible with the remaining time and full fee will still apply. If a client is more than 20 minutes late, we will need to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You can call/email/text me. If this policy is not respected more than twice, it will be asked to pre-pay the 50% of the treatment cost (non-refundable) for any future appointments. 

PRACTITIONER CANCELLATION will only occur when absolutely necessary and notice will be made as soon as possible. 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONVERSATION

All information & conversation between therapist and client is confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the massage. It is inappropriate for a massage therapist to discuss any personal information with the client.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES 

Requests for sexual activity or discussion is NEVER appropriate, will not be tolerated, and will be viewed as solicitation. Such behavior will be reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the massage therapy policies and procedures. Such conduct represented by the client will lead to the immediate termination of the session. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

PAYMENT

To Live Well Massage accepts cash, checks and credit cards. If paying with cash, please make sure to bring exact amount. Checks can be made out to: To Live Well Massage
