a little about me.
Massage and bodywork caught my attention back when I was in High School, but it wasn't until I completed my training at Port Townsend School of Massage that I discovered the powerful benefits of this profession. This reassured my decision to follow my dream of creating a safe place where people can come in, zone out, zen out, rest and reset. Being a person that is always on the go and thinking about what my next step is, I appreciate the opportunity and reminder to slow down for at least an hour and really allow my body to rest.
I grew up in Southern California and moved up to Seattle when I was young but I have lived in the beautiful Olympic Peninsula for a few years now and fall more and more in love with it. When I am not in the studio, you can find me doing Pilates, out and about walking with a coffee in my hand or hiking with my husband and our dog, Finn. I am known for always expressing how grateful I am to be doing what I love and am so passionate about. So thank you and I look forward to working with you.
